Cashew Nuts roasted with a thin coat of Cinnamon Cocoa Salted Caramel

Our KARU Cinnamon Cacao Crunch has a warm sweet crunch from hand roasting the cashews with cinnamon, cacao and a thin coat of salted caramel. A delightful mix creating delicious vegan sweets, without any dairy, and gluten-free.

Plant Protein Superfood

Our Cacao Cashews have 15 grams of plant-powered protein and 5 grams of fibre per 100g. They are also contain minerals, making them a bonafide superfood. As a source of Magnesium and Copper they help keep a normal energy-yielding metabolism. 

 

No Added Oil

We roast our nuts with no added oils, giving a satisfying crunch and allowing their delicious natural taste to be preserved. 

 

Good for Vegans

With only four ingredients these cocoa-coated cashews are delicious vegan sweets, as they have no milk or other milk products in them. They are also gluten-free!

Amazing snack! I really like it!

I am not a huge fan of cashew before I made my purchase. I prefer other nuts, for example almond. But Cacao cashew is amazing, I like the thin coating of cacao powder and the caramel layer in between the cashew and cacao. Really good balance of flavour. But it is a little addictive.

AMAZING CASHEWS

To be honest, cashews are my least favorite nut. But my friend served Karu after dinner one night with coffee, and I was truly blown away! They’re crunchy and sweet and decadent without feeling heavy and getting cocoa powder all over your hands. I have since ordered my own Karu and I’m almost out! Addictive!!
