Our KARU Cashew keeps it simple. We roast the nuts in their own oil until golden and dust with just the right amount of salt, bringing out all the natural flavours.

Plant Protein Powerhouse

These Salted Cashew nuts have 18 grams of plant-based protein and 3 grams of fibre per 100g. They contain minerals and vitamins, these nuts are a real superfood.

 

No Added Oil

Our cashews are roasted with no added oils, allowing those delicious natural flavours to be preserved and creating a satisfying crunch. Cashews also have one of the lowest fat contents of all nuts, but do have good mono- and poly-unsaturated fats.

 

Good for Vegans

Our nuts are suitable for vegans and are gluten-free, we made sure of it.
